Together For Ipswich collects key information from you to enable it to keep in touch with you in a range of ways (e.g. text, email, social media) in order to progress its mission and vision. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in Together For Ipswich’s legitimate interest e.g. to communicate with you on matters of events, members meetings, assisting with Together For Ipswich projects. This should not mean data being sent to contacts who are outside of the UK. For specific activities we may require you to give additional explicit consent e.g. to share your details with another organisation.

Please note that you can ask for your details to be removed at any time and your details can be edited by the IT administrator. 

 

Your name and contact details are on Together For Ipswich’s electronic database which is only accessible by a small number of Administrator accounts which are individually password protected. Your contact details will be removed from the database once you no longer want to be a contact of Together For Ipswich, perhaps by unsubscribing to a communication or explicitly requesting removal e.g. via email. 

You have the right to ask to see any information we hold about you by submitting a ‘Subject Access Request’ to the Secretary (via email secretary@togetherforipswich.uk). You also have the right to ask for information which you believe to be incorrect to be rectified.

If you complete this ‘Contact Us’ form online we will only retain your name and details for as long as is necessary for us to deal with your enquiry. We will NOT pass on your details to anyone other than the person (or people) that Together For Ipswich deems to be appropriate to deal with your enquiry.
